http://geocities.yahoo.com) or a piczo or a myspace.... if you want something more, learn html like lebanese_rebel said, then javascript or php, and build ur own site/ use a cms (even if using a ready made cms, if you dont know how to program in the languages it's made, you wont be able to maintain it).. Bass if you just tell us what's your site gonna be for ?
