STINKIN ISDN 64 kbps
max 8.99 kbps download and max 2 kbps upload
many limatations cant download files bigger than 20 mbs
erotic sites are allowed to be intered
if some site has some "erotic" something in it i kant access it
in other words its internet from HELL
now am waiting for 92 kbps
and 13 kbps download max
and 3.5 kbps upload max
maybe some restrictions will be moved...
i used to pay 55000 l.l monthly
now i must buy cards for 40 $...
