gif can be done with adobe imageready that comes with photoshop.
make some frames, adjust some settings and there you go, save optimized and u will have a gif.

www.google.com and type : 'gif' 'maker' or 'creator' or 'builder'
u will find many things there
but as i said, imaegready is good, and probably u have it, and it is PRO.
