Default Re: Introducing Artists

Well for me, I would like to introduce a friend to the songs of Abdel Halim
i don't know from where to choose or begin with his tracks:

for example:

"في يوم في شهر في سنة" : for someone who can't be with his love ... great song ... so sad

"أحضان الحبايب" : for someone lost w don't know from where to seek relief ... saddest song i ever listened ... and most beautiful lyrics i heared ...

"أهواك" : magnificent music ... outstanding "تلحين" from abdel wahhab ... the transition between the 2 parts of the song is just great ... as if hearing 2 completely different songs wihtout loosing the essence and meaning of song ...

"رسالة من تحت الماء" and "قارئة الفنجان" : great poems for the lovers of "Nizar Kabbani" ... with remarkable "تلحين" from M.Mougi ... for those who loves the style of "um kulthum" but with improved tuning

"موعود" and "حاول تقتكرني" and "مداح القمر" and "زي الهوا" and "أي دمعة حزن": excellent work between the poet Mohamad Hamzah, Baligh Hamdi (simply a genious when it comes to music) and Abdel Halim ... never heared such compete piece of work (كلمات ولحن وصوت) ... very romantic songs

"جبار": best music introduction u'll ever hear ... just crazy ... with excellent lyrics

"نبتدي منين الحكاية" and "فاتت جنبنا" : it's like living a story with the song ... just can't let it go ... you want to know the end of it ...

and not forgetting the many happy songs as "ضحك ولعب وجد وحب" and "قاضي البلاج" and "جانا الهوا" ...etc and many others for different occasions

as well as the hundreds of patriotic songs sang by Abdel Haim ...
Really i don't know from where to start or end ...

there is a saying "فيروز عند الصباح ..أم كلثوم عند المساء .. وعبد الحليم في جميع الأوقات"

Thank You ...
