not realy, all u need is a 1.7ghz cpu,512 ram but 1gb is prefered and a graphic card fx5600 128mb
the hard drive is prefered to be bigger than 80gb because of backup stuff and windows files..... any way i have this configuration and its working perfectly
by the way windows vista aranges graphical interface
