Depression is a big word ... so before you consider yourself as depressed ... try to see if you have any of these symptoms :
1 - Decrease Mood and loss of interest
2 - Decrease apetite and weight loss
3 - Reduced Engery and hypoactivity
4 - Decrease concentration and attention
5 - Decrease self esteem and self confidence
6 - Ideas of guilt and unworthness
7 - Disturbed Sleep
8 - Sadness
9 - Pessimistic views of the future
10 - Ideas or acts of self harm or suicide
11 - Marked loss of libido
To have Depression, you should have 5 symptoms for 2 weeks at least from the above mentioned list ...
