Look, to be able to do it i think you should start in summer because no cold and you don't need to eat much.
use my way. get an mp3 player fill it with techno/trance songs and go jog the first 3 days you will hate it but then you ll love it.
eatting bread is 30% don't eat much on lunch and eat before 7 bel leil and you ll be melting. sports is the best solution to lose weight.
i used to jog about 3-4km a day i miss those days.
(i gained back 5kg).
