you simply cant!
To 'tracert' you need to know the IP (u can get it from netstat) bas that wouldnt work either cause you're not directly connected to the other person, you're connected to an MSN server and exchange data with this server, last year you could get direct connections with voice clips and/or webcam or voice sessions, but i dont think this works anymore.. just google on how neststat works and you'll find out more!
