my friend have a pc from the USA and it has a tv tuner when he put the tv tuner on here in leb ma betbayyen wala m7atta and when he want to re setup the tuner to lebanese cable biy7otto ano its not avaible w anne lezem yghayyer l hardware taba3 l tuner ...
any one know how to solve this prob?
