I don't think Hizbullah put in charge of how and why they wanna use their weapons, please don't put ur expacations on a too wished level becoz u might get shocked later. Anyway returning to the subject of the civil war:
Mohammad-s: Sayyed hassan said : " if they will kill one thousand of us we won't return our weapons in the inside." But of course, everything has its limits. Hizbullah showed throughout these months that he posseses a high capacity of self-control, and i am sure that he will uses it till the end. The question is? This end when it will be reached?
We all know and noticed that the 14 feb gang played a dangerous role in feeding the sectarian feeling in its supporters, and try to turn it into a blind hate, we can really see that till now, Sayyed Hassan tried to refrain its people from replying and he succeeded in it , even though deaths have occured. But it comes atime when u won't , evn if u are this great leader keep the low-profile in ur decisions.
When this time comes and Hizbullah will reply by self-defense bas akid not in " Hawn 60" as i think, he will teach them a hard lesson once and for all, swift quick and harmless as much as it can be. And even then they will all ( 14 feb gang ) to be blamed becoz they kept playing with fire.
