what i can tell u ???
these money werent spend on mohajareen
they spent on people who force the citizen to migrate
also these money jumlat use them in the last three election in direct and indirect way
according 2 jumlat this file was an open bank with unlimitted balance
we in LDParty were forbidden from this money and jumlat audience take most of the money
when Mir Talal became minister of mohajareen he work on the file in all lebanon and also in north although he has no audience there and north people know this thing
but there were no money left in the box all were spent @ jumlat time
because of that Mir Talal was unable to return all the mohajareen to there places although he work very hard
