guys u missed the whole point in here,it's not about the opposition steps or Hariri being under control .

hariri is saying that if an assassination happened in this period the U.N council will act immediatly and approve the international tribunal under the 7th chapter rules .

and who's asking the 7th chapter rules ? Geagea , jumblat and hariri ( the fake majority )

don't forget that when Jubran Tueni was assassinated the U.N council approved the International tribunal in the same day and skipped its discussion in the Lebanese government ,
when pierre Gemayel was assassinated the U.N council also approved bel ejme3 on something related with the international tribunal when before the assassination some countries like Russia wanted to use the Veto .
