I am totally against Hizbullah keeping his arms till no time , but i am not with disarming Hizbullah in the present moment and under these circumstances. Hizbullah should give his arms up when:

1- The Lebanese Army will be capable to defend Lebanon against all aggressions even if it is from the USA itself.

2- Lebanon will be a country for all its citizens and not just for the 14 feb gang who is spreading its militia on the territory.

3- Giving guarentees to Hizbullah that they won't stab him in the back and treat him like some isolated party coz he ain't alone and i hope our agreement with them will go on under all the circumstances.

4- Putting Hizbullah fighters as special squad in the Lebanese Army.
