Re: Improving habbits
-Really need to fix my sleeping hours, sometimes i would stay awake all night long and go to sleep at like 7 or 8 in the morning!
-I control too much my anger. So much, that most of the stuff that bother me end up being locked up inside of me and i cant express my anger and frustration, so now im feeling the consequences of my actions. I mean now, once i get pissed off i wont chill out if i dont break something or punch something or eat lots and lots and lots of chocolate, and this really bothers me because im not like that but i cant control it anymore, it just eats me from within......i used to be so calm.....but still, it takes alot to make me angry.
-Game too much, taking its tole on my social life.
