actually.. I used 2 bite my nails when I was thinkin of somethin sooo serious (= all the time)... sometimes cuz im depressed.. other times when im upset n wanna hit somethin... so it is a reflexion of a feeling...
On the other hand, i used 2 buy somethin in the pharmacy which i forgot its name.. byeje shaklo ka2eno manicure but it is TRANSPARENT... u use it on ur nails once in a day (in the morning)... so when u feel like u wanna bite them.. u smell a bad smell so u wont like it n u wont bite them anymore... but i left using it long time ago n now doin' fine... they say "nails describes u"
