2nd,yes i do practice football training once a week,and it' gonna become twice in the summer
ok first of all to make our fitness better we start running for 30 min

,then their is a gym in the school so we practice in it to make our muscles stronguer,and latly our coach has made us improve our leg power and upper body power,and after that we get a 1 hours ball practicing,shooting,passing and we finish by playing a well deserved math!!
