the reason of a certain rape accident: the rapist is a psycho, suffers from conflicts, and has 'sexual-mental' problems, if the reason was the way the girl dresses, then all the girls would have been raped, everybody goes to the beach i think.

should she report? : what else then? yes she should, it is not a shame, she didn't ask the rapist to do it, it is not her fault, no one likes to hurt himself.

this will affect her for sure, but it is for her to attenuate things. i repeat, it is not her fault. people might think that she is a ****, i don't think that way, i hope that people understand what happened to her before they judgement and i also hope that she does not change the way she looks to men just because a sick person raped her.

fair punishment: some years in prison.

i would marry the girl i love regardless if she was raped before or no, and i don't know a girl who got raped.
