With my respect for all the arabic people and for all the members that voted YES, Lebanon could not be Arabic, because of many things.
The main problem in that issue is what define arab? If beeing arabic country is beeing attached to the Islam world, of course we will refuse it, since we refuse to have a religious Lebanon, Lebanon was build on the unity and not on the domination of the religions.
If beeing arab means joining the Israilis-Arabic war, we also refuse because since long time all this war happened on our land and destroyed our country.
I prefer to say that Lebanon is just Lebanese, without giving him any other nationality.
France is french, Germany is german, Italia is italian .... Why Lebanon cannot be just LEBANESE?
