its abt: self-actualization, self-achievement, self-satisfaction
- Self-actualization: when u can do smthg others cannot do, as an exp, when u're working in a Co and ur manager give u a certain task to do cz u're the one who has the right skills to do it, when u finish it, u fl proud of what u did, cz no1 else did it so u succeed
- self-achievement: when u reach ur goals, each one of us has certain goals, once u achieve these goals u feel this pleasure of success
- self-satistfaction: it comes after self-actualization and self-achievement, u fl satisfied wiz what u did, ur happy u fl safe, u fl that u're the one
--> so success is related to the person itself
