theres a difference between civilians and militiant members, like if the lf in the civil war , took over lets say rabieh , and theyr a danger on the rest of lebanon , would u kill all the ones inside rabieh cuz of them!!! that aint logic! they were trapped in a small camp , there was absolutely NO reason to kill em all!!
