to boot faster, i know to things:
either start run MSconfig.exe and stop uneeded services and startup items (if u are a n00b or a n33b bont mess
)
or download bootvis and use it.
to make the download faster, i recommend the usage of a download manager, like internet download manager which is known to be the juggernaut in this field.
