lol, my sister once told me about a story of a lady who went into a competition where they should drink as much water as they can ... without going to the toilet ... she went to win a vedio game for her children ...she drank too much ....that her head started hurting and she felt really bad and then she died of water intoxication ...

but ..lol ..you can drink as much as you want ..inno maximum el wa7ed eddesh byeshrab ? ..Dont worry ...no one will die of drinking water ...unless he drinks gallons in less than an hour, without going to the toilet ... and still with that he has chances of survival ..

so Drink water ...
