if he do that in europe , the max thing will happen to him is being locked up for the rest of his life in a decent clean good food serving entertaining prison , where he can play sports all day , read books get connected to internet , have 3 meals a day , so thats his punishment .
i think its fair , but theres some cases where it shouldnt be applied , cant remeber em now , i think cuz he ddnt do it on purpose and stuff like that
