They are not "bad"
It could either be that their sex chromosomes have an additional X which makes him lean toward the feminine side or it is the trend ,media and fashion that is dominant in western countries that become so psychologically influential on boys. ( or other way around if it was girls )
But Concerning the question.
It's really simple.
Boys were made with penis.
Girls were made with Vagina.
..... For specific purposes which are reproduction... so when some gay people misuse these organs, it would appear to be as something abnormal and people would think gay people are bad.
Its like someone creates something new for specific purposes and then some group starts using this creation for other purposes. The first thing would be complaints from people who are not used to such stuff, and in the case of gayness especially if they follow certain beliefs and religions that have always rejected such stuff and portrayed them as sins or whatever.
