Well, Zgharta is my hometown, i was born in meziara and spent all my childhood between meziara downway to zgharta and spent summers in ehden also. All i can say is that we are proud as north people to have youssef beik karam as our hero ( his grave is in Ehden Church if anybody would like to see the tomb, it is made from glass ). His statue is also there. Ehden is known for its summer residencies and hotels. The kebbeh zghertewiyeh is sooooooooooo famous there and of course the tabouleh. U maybe want to go to nabe3 mar sarkis restaurant. The best in town. Ehden has also established a country club.
As for Zgharta, wlek akh 3a Zgharta, the dearest town to my heart, especially Zgharta el Zewiyeh. We simply have beit Frangiyeh in our hearts (mish Samir Frangiyeh). Anyway, walk down the road and look at the posters

. Don't forget when ur going from Zgharta to Ehden or vice versa to pass by Bnach3e lake and see the wonderful nature there.
Yalla enjoy!
