Dude, the "FreeAgent GoFlex" technology is the latest technology Seagate has reached and applied on its external hard drives,They serve as backup storage, extra permanent storage, and are a lot more flexible. They can change their personalities based on what cables are attached to them, and they can attach to more devices than their predecessors (Expansion).
