the acid chyme stimulates secritin (in duodenum) which causes the pancreas to release bicarbonate to neutralize the medium ...
and the presence of food in the duodenum stimulates release of CCK (kamen in duodenum) which causes release of digestive enzymes in pancreas trypsinogen and chymotrypsinogen (i think this is what they are asking for) and to a lesser extent amylase andlipase

ba3dein el trypsinogen and chymotrypsinogen (inactive to avoid autodegradation of pancreas) will be transformed into trypsin and chymotrypsin (active form) by enterokinase enzyme present in the intestine

N.B : insulin and glucagon are excreted by the endocrine pancreas
