Escalope Milanese with Penne Pasta:

chicken breasts, eggs, flour, ka3ek mat7oun, penne pasta, prego, mozerella cheese, salt and pepper

The Escalope
U knock the chicken breasts until they are somehow thin .
on the side u have 3 bowls one with flour one with eggs makhfo2een added to them salt and white pepper and pepper in the 3rd u have the ka3ek
u dip the chicken in flour first then eggs then ka3ek

U deep fry them and place them in a pyrex
U put over them prego which u have boiled before until its sort thick and u place mozerella cheese and place it in the oven for like 5 mins until the cheese melts

The Pasta:
U boil the pasta and then add it to the boiled prego sauce and mix them on fire for 5 mins
