How can i change a desktop's wallpaper if it's disabled in the properties option !? Thanks!

DWORD key NoDispBackgroundPage in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\System with 0 as value will take out the restriction.
Or you can force change the background image from here HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\Wallpaper
