Dunga has announced his Brazil squad for the impending World Cup qualifiers against Colombia and Ecuador in mid-October...

There were few surprises as Dunga convened his squad for the impending World Cup qualifiers at Colombia on October 14th and against Ecuador at home on October 17th.

The likes of Roma's Cicinho and Fenerbahce's Alex failed to earn recalls, while Ronaldinho has been drafted in despite recent injury troubles.

Indeed, Dunga recently offered support to the embattled forward, saying, "Ronaldinho is an important player who is going to get back in shape and deliver all that he can with Barcelona.

"Barcelona's problems are Barcelona's. But I know that with us, at the Seleção, Ronaldinho is happy and cheerful."

The five-times World Cup winners have taken part in each tournament since the competition began in 1930.
