As for me i'd pick any City where i can enjoy discovering a new culture and smtg i never tried before so i'de suggest :
Nepal , pekin , himalaia , maldives , srilanka , tibet ... en gros somewhere in south asia !

(believe it or not i would love to spend my honeymoon in Lebanon)
