Interesting...Not the first finding of its kind and I have mentioned a lot others that conclude the same thing as this one...
"Still, its authenticity has so far faced no challenge, so its role in helping to understand the roots of Christianity in the devastating political crisis faced by the Jews of the time seems likely to increase." and... "Some Christians will find it shocking — a challenge to the uniqueness of their theology — while others will be comforted by the idea of it being a traditional part of Judaism," I don't remember the thread in which I was debating abousoun on these points...that thread has a lot more on these points and on the rise of Christianity... Interesting topic, thanks for posting... |
