After you download the file and open it :
1. Keep your hand on your mouse at all times. 2. hold your breath for 30 seconds and focus on the center dot. 4. Look down at your hand on the mouse.

hey spongebob, i think u missed one step, maybe.
but following what is posted, when i looked down i felt the motion blur effect. this is veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy ccccccccccccooooooooooooooooolllll. let everybody try it ( but not for long).
