how about msn plus? it also allows u to send emoticon sounds, and download random one from the server, and many other features, the link is somewhere is this forum.

mmm easier way, in your windows recording settings,change it from microphone to "Stereo mix" or "Wave out" , whatever you have, and then set it on the lowest tick (not on 0) and play a song, and when u click on send voice clip it will send its sound
