My opinion to some of the "traditional" things in Lebanon society wise. I feel there are just so stupid including almost everything. Killo tibyeed wij !

Also those who think we should respect people older than us just because, ... oh well they're older than us !! lol Go have a break. Just because he was born before me, I should respect him !? behh !

My case is somethin similar, its about RESPECTING THE DEAD. I don't know how can I love someone or give pity or talk in a positive way towards a dead person that wasn't good to me or to my family or to to other ppl during his life on Earth. Basically long story short, I just call it like I see it, if that person was good, mnezekro bel mnih. If he was bad, bezekro bel abi7.

i used to always follow that if ure older than me then i have to respect u. as i have grown older i learned if its not mutual than no one is getting respect from me whether your younger or older.

a person can give up so much ye3ni ana la dal iksor 7ali just because someone is older is not going to keep happening.

As for this. those who died that were good to me i will always speak of and respect and those who died and were as mean as hell to me, well i just dont see the need to speak of them. if someone asks me i wont deny they were mean but neither will i bring up the subject myself and take the opportunity to b!tch about them haha. fi allah in my opinion

it is no difficult to help the poor, but it is hard to stand up to a poor beggard and not give him money, this is what I believe
I also believe that not giving money to the poor is the right thing
you give a poor child money just enough to survive, and he will grow up and give birth to more poor children, and what, we keep giving out more money? it's a never ending cycle

and I really hate when they show you on TV a guy with 5 children, living in a poor home with unhuman condition, and we're supposed to pity him and help him

WTF? I didn't tell him to go have 5 kids

the only people I would help are the ones who were financialy stable and then something la sama7 allah happened like father(provider, could also be the mother) got sick, then I would help
or if it is a close friend of mine
but I am totaly against helping poor people, who knew they were poor and insisted on having kids anyway

you wanted kids, fine, you raise them
