because sometimes we are just feel a horrible need to do these things

like "I shouldn't eat chips, I'm on a diet"
"I shouldn't waste too much time, I have an exam tomorrow"

Well, most of the times what we know is wrong to do, is exactly what we do.

For example, we know Cigarettes cause cancer and many other sicknesses, but we smoke. We know we should not cause fights, but if you're temper just rises above your control, you get into fights.

Well it's not a matter of right or wrong, it's a matter of how you were raised and the way you think.

Lemme make it short n sweet, let ur mind works towards what ur heart wants. if it is going to hurt u (physical, emotional, etc...) don't do it.

But i agree on the fact that sometimes we must do somethin that we don't like just to make things better for us. But it will apparently be bad to someone else.
