Help in connection and tv

Hey all , i moved recently to Canada to continue my education in the university
so i got 2 problems i wish you can help :

1- i am opening on the internet of my neighbor it is an unsecured connection and the connection is so fast (150 kb/s download ) but i don't know if there is any limits so i need to know if there is or not (i can;t ask y neighbor surely:P)

2- i need a website where i can watch Lbc and Lebanese channel free , cause on the web of lbc i need to pay

ok as as of point 2. i know this site.

www.altelfaza.com and u can pick any channel u want that they show.

and about the internet im really nto sure because the U.S. might be different from canada. i know here its not allowed. but i dont know what happens if u were to be caught.

the web isnt working , it opens but i cannot watch

Marwan,

As for the internet connection, i can say that ur connecting to a high speed connection (since 150kb/sec) and usually high speed in canada comes with a bandwidth of 30Gb/month download. So as long as both u and ur neighbor (which u wont ask how much he's downloading) dont exceed 30Gb of download, he wont be over charged.

As for the Live streaming, you can watch OTV on www.a3rab.net (which directs u to the same website that Miss O. suggested) and it works fine, however it buffers sometimes when there's a lot of traffic. Concerning LBC, i dont know any website that streams it.
