How do u want Lebanon to be the best country in the world and u don't even respect it a little!! I don't care how good u are at driving, u must be a "legal" driver with a license! I personally took my driving license after a full test without any "wassta" and under the surveillance of YASA, and there were people who failed it.
i had to study all the roads signs and answer the questions correctly beside not to make any mistake during the driving test.
i'm proud of it my driving license is 100% legal and legitimate

This happened 2 years ago when the ministry of interior decided to control the corruption concerning driving licenses and gave YASA the authority to watch and manage the whole test.
But too bad that didn't last for more than 6 months and everything was back to its "corrupted" normal situation.
