Hey guys, appreciate if anyone can help me with this problem..
I bought a new ipod shuffle.. and when i connected it to the pc for the first time and opened Itunes, a message appeared saying that the ipod is corrupted and needs to be restored. So i clicked on Restore, and it started restoring, then a message said that the ipod was restored and i have to wait till it restarts and then it will work... I waited for over than 40 minutes and it did not restart.. I turned it off, unplugged it and plugged it back again, and now it is saying that the Ipod is in recovery mode and it should be restored, and the whole process starts all over.. Any idea what might be the problem? it's an ipod shuffle 2GB.. Thanks in advance |

Get the firmware for 2G from here:
http://appldnld.apple.com.edgesuite....133.1.0.4.ipsw Or get the firmware for 3G from here: http://appldnld.apple.com.edgesuite....d_132.1.1.ipsw Make sure you have the latest version of iTunes. After launching iTunes. In the ipod section. Press SHIFT and click on the restore button then chose the downloaded file and wait until everything is finished.
