For me, the most uncontrollable feelings are two the first one is love, you can never decide to love someone, it just happens by itself
 , and the second one is anger, when I'm angry my behavior change 180 degree

The feeling i cannot hide nor control is pain (even though i try to)
As for emotion well it is hate, if i hate someone it shows right away
