Many of such files were available in the black market ages ago, I also remember that there's another one made for cars: car number, model, date of purchase, owner address and info and etc... It was used on Microsoft Access

The above link was originally an excel sheet. Try a new registered 2010 number and see if it works or not, it is outdated.

Yeah I have the one of the cars and the phone databases but dated back to 2008 . I can't find the 71 and 70 .
