تقدم عدد من المحامين السعوديين بشكوى رسمية ضد قناة "MBC" بشكل عام والبرنامج الواقعي "هو وهي" الذي يقدمه الزوجان الفنانة السعودية أسيل العمران وزوجها البحريني الإعلامي خالد الشاعر وذلك بسبب خوض البرنامج في مسائل حميمية وشخصية على الشاشة دون مراعاة لطبيعة الشعب العربي والخليجي على وجه الخصوص.
وأرفق المحامون في شكواهم فيديو الحلقة التي قامت فيها الفنانة أسيل العمران بالتحدث عن موعد دورتها الشهرية مع زوجها ووالدتها، كدليل واضح على تخطي الزوجين للخطوط الحمراء للمجتمع العربي.وأكد المحامي والمستشار القانوني خالد شويل أن الدعاوي القضائية التي ترفع ضد القنوات والبرامج التي تتجاوز المعايير الاجتماعية المحافظة، ما هي إلا وسيلة لردع هذه القنوات عن تقديم البرامج الخادشة للحياء، في سبيل الربح المادي فقط

This is what being conservative means, Lebanon is not far from this, TV stations and the written media are very restricted when it comes to what they can and cannot say and what they can and cannot do
by the way I can't watch this since the internet is sloooooooooooow, I will watch it though as soon as charbel nahhas and the ogero creeps put that submarine cable into use
