They say "there is no better teacher than life itself" and based on everything you learn and you go through, you'll have a sort of judgment towards many situations & people. I was capable to give right judgments so many times on many circumstances & ppl. But sometimes, I have been proven wrong.

So Based on what do you judge people (Body language, clothing, voice, what kind of actions? etc...) and how often have you been proven wrong & right?

Morals and attitude towards people.
If you think stealing is OK or believe women belong in the kitchen then you're no friend of mine. And if you want to be a bad-boy or a b!tch among your friends that's fine, but you are not the center of the universe so try not being a douche when around people that don't really care about you.
