my friend managed to speak to sodetel support

(3ej2a lhay2a 3layon with all the calls) they said this month they are simply testing their equipment with the users, they haven';t officialy upgraded or declared anything, and that everything will be set for november

This is the first time, downloading at 215-230kb/s

yesterday with my sodetel between 11 am and 7 pm I downloaded about 3.5 GB

I got 2 xmen movies each averaging 600 MB and I got season 2 episodes 1 to 21 of married with children 175 MB each

I am more than satisfied and my ping is 100 ms, and this is a small package, 256 k package(25 $) I don't need more than this

also about upload and download quotas... the max upload you would use in a month is like 1 to 2 GB anyway, so it is not a big deal... 90% of that quota is still download
