To make it even worse ... let's say you do get your anticipated recognition from these countries, what happens next is their citizens watch the next day on CNN some Lebanese groups engaging in sectarian military fights in Tripoli or beriut or a youtube video of widespread law violation in lebanon, etc etc, etc ...and they'll laugh at your nationalistic pride all over again.

I'm not telling you to stop voting btw because I care less... a matter of fact I might vote if I find it useful, but I'm asking you to stop talking about this matter as if it is an urgent issue and of huge significance and stop this tendency to suggest that people should be ashamed for not voting.

yes I am proud of having something as beautiful as jeita in my country

HOWEVER knowing the lebanese mentality I know that this will affect us negatively more than positively (aret masareh)

so forgive me for not caring about the competition, Jeita wins 3azim, it loses, won't care, win or lose it won't affect my life in any way
