Thanks systamatics , your updates have been terrific ... It just shows that the media wants to add pepper to everything .. They pefer a civil war on every issue. Its also sad that these criminals are politically protected... Ghazia just like any other area have there own minority of hot headed trouble makers. I hope they get punished so that this is not repeated.

النيابة العامة أوقفت المتهم بقتل الحاج وجميع المطلوبين في حادث طنبوريت

عرضت النيابة العامة الاستئنافية في الجنوب في قصر العدل الجديد في صيدا أمس عددا من الموقوفين في حادث طنبوريت (الزهراني) الذي سقط ضحيته العنصر من فرع المعلومات في قوى الامن الداخلي الياس الحاج وأربعة جرحى آخرون وجميعهم من البلدة. وأوقف جميع المتورطين وعددهم 17، 11 من الغازية بينهم مطلق النار على الحاج وستة من طنبوريت، بعدما نجحت النيابة العامة الاستئنافية برئاسة القاضي عوني رمضان وبالتعاون مع مديرية المخابرات في الجيش وفرع المعلومات في الجنوب والفاعليات النيابية والدينية والبلدية في الزهراني، في الاحاطة بكل جوانب القضية ووضعها في اطارها الحقيقي كحادث فردي لا خلفيات سياسية او طائفية له.
وظهر الموقوفون في مكتب رمضان في حضور قاضي التحقيق حسن شحرور، ورئيس فرع المعلومات المقدم عبدالله سليم، ورئيس بلدية طنبوريت خالد صوما، ورئيس رابطة مخاتير الزهراني مصطفى الزين، ومختار طنبوريت رزق الله موسى.
وأوضح رمضان انه "بمساعدة الجميع والقوى الامنية احضر جميع المطلوبين من المتورطين في الحادث من بلدة الغازية وعددهم عشرة بمن فيهم القاتل. وكان هناك خمسة قيد التوقيف واوقف اليوم الخمسة الاخرون، وثمة موقوف لدى مخابرات الجيش. وهناك ستة مطلوبين من بلدة طنبوريت أوقف اثنان منهم وتعهد مختار البلدة احضارهم وتسليمهم. والموقوفون الذين لا يثبت تورطهم سيخلّون، وهذا الموضوع أصبح الآن في عهدة القضاء وما حدث هو اشكال فردي ولا خلفيات له، وأن أهالي الغازية كما أهالي طنبوريت لا يقبلون ما حصل".
وشكر صوما النيابة العامة في الجنوب وجميع المحققين في القضية، مشيرا الى ان ما حصل في طنبوريت "حادث فردي قد يحصل بين أي ضيعتين متجاورتين، ولا خلفيات سياسية او طائفية له ونأمل في ان تأخذ العدالة مجراها".
وخلال عرض الموقوفين، تلقى رمضان اتصالا من النائب ميشال موسى الذي اطلع منه على سير التحقيق وتبلغ رسميا توقيف جميع المطلوبين في الحادث.
والموقوفون من الغازية هم: ع.غ. وهو المتهم بقتل الياس الحاج، و ق.خ. وح.ع. وم.ع. وأ.ع. ون.ح. وع.ح. وج.غ. ود.س. وع.ب. اضافة الى موقوف لدى المخابرات يدعى أ. ع. أما الموقوفون من طنبوريت فهما حتى الآن: ب.م. وج.س.، علما ان ثمة أربعة مطلوبين هم الجرحى الذين أصيبوا في العراك والذين وعد رئيس بلدية طنبوريت بتسليمهم.
كما وعد رئيس بلدية الغازية محمد سميح غدار باحضار آخر مطلوب من الغازية اليوم، وأبلغ انه توارى بسبب الخوف فقط.
وبارك إمام بلدة الغازية السيد فخر الدين ابو الحسن "كل الجهود المخلصة التي ساهمت في تطويق الحادث ووضعه في اطاره الفردي، مما أثبت ان أبناء الغازية وطنبوريت والجوار هم عائلة واحدة".

well u understood wrong , the victims werent lying , i dont know about this subject , BUT the main thing is that the fite wans cuz of cursing christians...

all the suspects are out now , 4 remains , ali ghaddar , a guy from al aswad family , a guy from ali family , a guy from yehya family , i knew from a trusted source , that noor hgezi hes the one who shot the officer , and hes out now , the father of the officer refused to take 25000$ a pay in advance and every month 1000000 l.l , while father of noor hgezi has offered to pay 20,000 $ for ahmad al aswad << this guy has nothing to with them and he wasnt with them at all, anyways he offered 20,000 $ and a 2000 $ monthly payment , as long as he stays quiet for years in the prison , he refused , his mother refused nd hizbollah refused ... this case is getting tough ... wat a law order we have in lebanon

recent news , all suspects were let out except for 2 , ali ghaddar , and ahmad alaswad , the guy who shot the officer is free , ali ghaddar and ahmad alawad will only spend 6 months in prison , 600$ monthly , and 50,000 $ when they get out and a car , the father of the officer , got an elec. motor that costs 25000 $ from "ra2ees il baladiyi" mohammed sameeh ghaddar whos also the owner of ghaddar motors industry , the father of the officer was payed also unkown $ .... he dropped the case ...
