but also, imagine this situation
you died in the hospital surrounded by your family
and as your family was crying over you depressed and stuff, your wife was hugging you the nurse comes in, pulls her aside and says"I'm sorry he's on our donor list, we should take him now" dunno I find it annoying

and what if you were mistakenly presumed dead masalan, your heart stopped for 5 min then it was gonna come back or I dunno
they immediatly took you and sliced you open

and if I were sure that my organs will save a life, heck I'd do it, of course bringing the joy of life to another family and another person is worth these minor things

Organ donor programs. Does that shit bother you a little bit? Sound like Joseph Mangle has been sitting in on some of those meetings or something. The thing that bothers me the most about it is, they're run by the motor vehicle bureau. I figure hey shit if you got to wait on a line that long for a kidney, **** it. Do without. It's the motor vehicle bureau in most states who sends you the little card your supposed to carry right next to your driver's license, in your wallet. A little card, your supposed to fill it out, and on it your supposed to list the organs your willing to give in case you die. Oh, are these people out of their ****ing minds or something? Do you honestly believe that if a paramedic finds that card on you in an automobile accident, he going to try to save your life? Bullshit! He's looking for parts man. Absolutely. "Look Dan, here's that lower intestine we've looking for. Nevermind the oxygen, this man's a donor." Bullshit, they can have my rectum and my anus. That's all I'm giving, take them and get out of here. Put them in your bag and get the **** out of my life. That's all I'm giving. أولاً، يجب التأكد من حالة الموت الدماغي، وهو تشخيص خاضع لمعايير طبية دقيقة ولا لبس فيها. ويتم التأكد من هذه المعايير ، منها تخطيط النشاط الدماغي، مرتين بحضور أكثر من طبيب. وبالتالي من غير الممكن وهب أعضاء انسان مع وجود نشاط دماغي

ثانياً، الأعضاء الموهبة لا يتم الإحتفاظ بها بإنتظار "زبون"، بل هناك لوائح جاهزة للمرضى الذين بحاجة لزرع عضو. والأوقات التي اوردتها هي لإحترام المدة القصوى قبل الزرع في حال نقل العضو من مكان إلى مكان أخر مثلاً

ثالثاً، يجب أن يكون هناك هيئة مستقلة تحمل صفة رسمية للإشراف على لوائح الإنتظار ، وتقوم هذه اللجنة من التأكد من الموت الدماغي وظروف الوفاة بالإضافة إلى وضع المتوفي الطبي
هذا ويتفادى أن يكون المركز الذي توفي فيه الواهب هو ذاته الذي يقوم بعملية الزرع وذلك تفادياً لأي تأثير في القرارات المتخذة

رابعاً، في حالة الموت الدماغي من المستحيل أن يرجع للمتوفي القرار إن كان يريد الموت في البيت أو المستشفى

يبقى أن المسألة الأكثر حساسية هي تقبل الفكرة وإقناع العائلة بها
ومن الأكيد أن مسألة الطلب من العائلة الموافقة (أو مجرد السؤال) هي مسألة شديدة الحساسية. وعن تجربة أقول أنه حتى في المجتمعات حيث تجرى عشرات عمليات الزرع مقاربة العائلة ليست سهلة وتتطلب حساً إنسانياً من الطبيب
