Death Sentence!

in lebanon , and in too many other countries, tribunals are judging some prisonners a death sentence.
so are you with or against this law ? is it a crime against humanity or a right ? what is its consequences ? and do it solves the problem ?

first, i can't be with it, but i cant say that no one deserves it, remember the russain candid cam video posted in this forum earlier, do you think that this insane does not deserves the death penalty?? some people deserves to die, but, the death penalty does not solve the problem, this is the role of the society. and this penalty has no consequences rather than it teaches a lesson and it is 3ibra la man ya3taber.

well when it come to prison i agree but when it come to death sentence of course i'm against it because the man will be punished when he will be behind the cell but killing him i don't understand what is it for the judge to give a order like that one . imagine that his son is going to be a suspect will he give him the order of death i don't think so

I am with and agianst, I am with death sentence but not with how it is applied. " Badero el mo3tadi bezat el i3teda2 wala tomasilo" so if someone has killed other by shooting him ok just shoot him, he cut his head, ok cut his head etc....... the death sentence kills the serial killer the same way the one who killed on or two or the same as trader. ofcourse all are killers and the have level of crime

Lets not talk religion, cuz religion is with it, and God said In his holy book the punishments of each sin on earth and after death, so he ordered us to apply his rules. But lets talk here now, if someone knows that death will be his destiny if he does this or that, he will think 1000 times before doing it, thats one of the reasons y death penalty is good to be applied. It is like in saudi arabia, if someone steels they would cut his first hand, not for the first time ofcourse but after one or two warnings or jail time.

There is a lot of issues when the killer is not sentenced by death he may quit the jail after some years b chi 2enoun 3afou masalan.
for exemple the one who killed bachir gemayel was jailed for about 8 years then he ran away ,so ma t3e2ab 3a jarimto.
a second exemple,francois halal,the one who tried to assassinate General Aoun and killed a soldier ken lezem ye3dmou immediatly,but also he ran away in 13 october 1990 wma t3e2ab.
a third example: ja3ja3 who killed a lot of innocent peoples he was sentenced by death bass l 7ekm dallo yet2ajjal la 7atta 3efyo 3anno .

No i doubt that god is with the death sentence he give life but he doesn take life, god gave us life us and we control it the way we want too, so he'll when the time will come not some man,
no im against it cuz some1 could be stupid enough to commit somthin by beein crazy or some psychological issue,
prison for life would be a worst punishment cuz it will last till he's dead and he might even learn and be a better guy, so there would be a chance i could meet him in heaven :P
