How To Change The Name Of ( Recycle Bin )
Well Guys One Of The Users Asked If Any Body Knows How To Rename The Recycle Bin ... Jut Follow These Instructions ~~>
1.Goto Start ~~> Run , And Then Type regedit 2.Click On HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT" And Locate CLSID (the Class ID option). Nzal 3al {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} Key And Click On The Folder. 3.3al Yameen , Kbos Double Click 3al (Default) , Then Rename The Recycle Bin Metel Ma Baddak  . 4.Click OK. 5.Refresh Your Desktop. Enjoy !!! Lol !!! ~!~ We Are HizbullaH Rockets On The Net ~!~

that didn't work,i did as you said and changed its name but its still the same on the desktop

mm i wouldnt recommend doing that
 most registry-adware cleaning software will detect this change, and some will DELETE the registry entry, and ur windows is fucked  (this applies to changing the START button caption too)
