I need ur help plzz...mm ana 3nde internet cable , bas el Internet Provider yale e5ed min 3nde el internet 3amel LIMIT 3l Download , y3ne ana besta3mel el DAP w maximum byefta7 5 kb/sec , y3ne shee te3ter 3l e5er , bas aw2et lama yshel el limit min 3nde byefta7 150k/sec .. soo keef fene ana esta3mel kel download bidon haide el limit ... is there any program that can break this limit or anything like that ?!!

your provider has his own software that applies the limits. breaking the limit bandwidth is practicaly impossible, unless you hack you povider and change the settings.
i hope someone else will find you a way to avoid limitations, but this is my point of view.
ps: tell your provider to remove the limits after 12:00 lets say, he wont have a problem i think, most isps do that.

tell him you won't pay him unless he improves the download speed ... coz like Kingroudy told you the provider houwwe elli bi7addid el limit lal download w sa3be ktir te5teri2a ... you should talk with him otherwise
